CALED releases CEQA exemption briefing for economic development

California has introduced CEQA exemptions and reforms to speed up housing and infrastructure projects, including streamlined processes for urban infill, affordable housing, rezoning, and various public works. New guidelines and mapping for infill sites are mandated, and some agency communications are now exempt from CEQA records.
